This pragmatic and highly interactive 3-module workshop is designed to empower managers with the knowledge, tools, and mindsets to effectively manage their people to create a high-performing team and achieve success in their day-to-day work. Through the use of an advanced neuroscience assessment, reflective exercises, and experiential learning, participants will expand their confidence in interacting with their team in a way that builds trust, motivates action and has stronger alignment around shared goals and objectives.

  • Existing managers who want to sharpen their skills and transform the way they manage their team

Objectives

  • Gain self-awareness of their preferred communications, leadership, and coaching styles while learning how to flex into other styles to best suit the situation

  • Gain awareness of the differences between their own natural thinking preferences and those of others and an understanding of how the differences enhance or impede effective management
  • Utilize key frameworks to help assess their direct reports and develop the most effective strategies to manage them
  • Develop powerful coaching skills for building and strengthening partnerships at all levels
  • Build their ability to navigate difficult situations including managing through change, conflict, and resistance
  • Learn how to delegate, hold people accountable, and manage their own stress more effectively
