Our Rising Leaders Program is designed for people who have demonstrated their potential and their desire for leadership advancement. During this transformational program, participants will develop the skills and mindsets to improve one’s own leadership qualities, continue to move from ‘force’ to ‘influence’, and learn to think and act strategically as they lead high performing teams.

Through the use of an advanced neuroscience assessment, reflective exercises, and experiential learning, participants will expand their confidence in interacting with their team in a way that builds trust, motivates action and has stronger alignment around shared goals and objectives.

Objectives

While each program is customized to meet the specific needs of your leaders, typical objectives and outcomes include:

  • Understand how to make the transition into leadership
  • Avoid the common pitfalls that derail leaders
  • Discover how to communicate effectively up, down and across your organization
  • Explore ways to communicate and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Identify how to manage task-related and interpersonal challenges
  • Develop self-awareness and determine the support you need to successfully manage your team
  • Provide participants with a ‘bag of tools’ they are prepared and confident to use immediately to build and develop high performing teams, build alliances and expand organizational impact
  • Utilize real-life/relevant scenarios providing situational practice of these tools
  • Create a personalized leadership development plan

As with many of our programs, Rising Leader programs build in a PEER COACHING component for participants – all participants will be matched with a colleague as they progress through the program, setting goals that tie back to the learning as well as their individual role and situation.
