for you, with you
At SAVIA Leadership, we partner with our clients and specifically design our programs to ensure we meet their unique requirements. Many of our programs focus on building new skills and awareness for Leaders and People Managers, to support them in rapidly overcoming obstacles and delivering both their performance and people objectives.
By teaching innovative and pragmatic programs that are not mired in clever theory or complex concepts, we provide your people with mindsets, tools and simple models that will be used right away to add immediate impact. What good is a very creative but conceptual model if it is too complex or not practical enough to actually be used?
Team members will be stretched to have breakthroughs. This includes behavioral shifts, habit modification, strengthening relationships, giving and receiving feedback openly, and being willing to be uncomfortable to reach one’s potential. Much of the learning will occur between the programs in real time. Team members will be given assignments (and be held accountable to these commitments) to accelerate their progress toward goals.
Time spent learning needs to be an investment and not an expense! We design sustainability into our programs to ensure it is utilized long after the training has been completed. Most programs include group calls and Peer Coaching to reinforce the learning distinctions, coach participants through their real day-to-day situations using their new mindsets and tools and create accountability for them to integrate what they’ve learned so it will make a real impact over time.
We will spend time to understand previous leadership and management training work that was done internally so that all programs support, reinforce and extend that learning. As we work with your organization, we will report back any trends or recommendations based on our experience and observations of the culture and the employees while never infringing upon individual confidentiality.
Teams succeed or struggle for a variety of reasons, but one critical success factor is how well the team takes advantage of its available collective intelligence to take on challenges and tasks. A collection of disconnected silos will waste time and energy and have a negative ripple effect on the culture and the organization as a whole.
Our Rising Leaders Program is designed for people who have demonstrated their potential and their desire for leadership advancement. During this transformational program, participants will develop the skills and mindsets to improve one’s own leadership qualities, continue to move from ‘force’ to ‘influence’, and learn to think and act strategically as they lead high performing teams.
If you ask managers what they find most challenging in their job, one of the most common replies is ‘people’. Success increasingly depends on our ability to get people to follow us, not because they have to, but because they want to.
The importance of alignment between employee and organizational values cannot be overlooked. Those employees who embrace their culture and hold the organization's mission as their own are more engaged in their work and in the organization as a whole. When the culture is aligned, everyone wins. A people-centered approach builds on organizational cultural strengths and makes people part of the solution.
You hire a coach for the same reason why world class athletes, singers, actors, and musicians use coaches – it provides a unique relationship specifically geared towards helping the individual meet his or her personal and professional objectives.
As organizations continue to transform, how do you plan to continue evolving and delivering world class performance? Would you like to tap into your personal skill set to navigate through these dynamic times? What would you do more effectively if you could?
