By teaching innovative and pragmatic programs that are not mired in clever theory or complex concepts, we provide your people with mindsets, tools and simple models that will be used right away to add immediate impact. What good is a very creative but conceptual model if it is too complex or not practical enough to actually be used?

Team members will be stretched to have breakthroughs. This includes behavioral shifts, habit modification, strengthening relationships, giving and receiving feedback openly, and being willing to be uncomfortable to reach one’s potential. Much of the learning will occur between the programs in real time. Team members will be given assignments (and be held accountable to these commitments) to accelerate their progress toward goals.

Time spent learning needs to be an investment and not an expense! We design sustainability into our programs to ensure it is utilized long after the training has been completed. Most programs include group calls and Peer Coaching to reinforce the learning distinctions, coach participants through their real day-to-day situations using their new mindsets and tools and create accountability for them to integrate what they’ve learned so it will make a real impact over time.

We will spend time to understand previous leadership and management training work that was done internally so that all programs support, reinforce and extend that learning. As we work with your organization, we will report back any trends or recommendations based on our experience and observations of the culture and the employees while never infringing upon individual confidentiality.
